I want to thank you and your committee for one of the better evenings of my life. The collective warmth and kindness of our classmates surpassed my wildest expectations. That we have come to the point in life when we hug and kiss each other after so many years; men included- well, what could be better.

I meant what I said about your mother; I was so happy to see her. She was there to represent all our mothers; my mother would say thank you.
